    We recommend booking at least 3–6 months ahead for peak dates, though some weekends fill up even faster.

  • Can you play during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception?

    Absolutely — we can handle all three, either with one group or customized setups for each moment.

  • Can we request specific songs?

    Yes! We offer custom song requests for first dances, special entrances, and meaningful moments.

  • Do you provide microphones or a PA system for the officiant or speeches?

    Yes — we offer a Microphone + Speech Support add-on with a wireless mic and small PA setup.

  • What styles of music do you play?

    We specialize in jazz, pop, soul, funk, and light classical piano. No rock or string ensembles.

  • Do you travel outside of Kansas City?

    We mainly perform in the KC area, but can travel for an added fee. Let us know your venue.

  • Can we see a live performance before booking?

    Yes! All of our musicians play at several venues around Kansas City. Check our Musicians Page for more details

  • Do you need anything from the venue?

    Just a power source, some covered space, and the layout details — we’ll handle the rest.

  • What happens if a musician gets sick or can’t make it?

    We have reliable backups and will ensure your event goes smoothly without disruption.

  • Can we customize the size of the band?

    Definitely. We offer solo/duo options, trios, quartets, and full band packages depending on your needs and budget.
